Standard Paintless Dent Repair
(PDR) Process
Parking lot mishaps or road debris can result in minor dents or door dings that make your car look less than ideal. Our standard PDR process is efficient, painless, and designed to return your car to prime condition.
In-Person Vehicle Inspection and Scheduling
We start with an “eyes-on” inspection of your vehicle. You bring it in, and we will assess the damage in person. Once we have an idea of the damages on your vehicle, we will schedule a time for you to leave it with us.
Comprehensive Estimate and Documentation
After you drop off your vehicle, we clean it and put it under our PDR lights to determine the extent of the damage. We thoroughly examine and document every dent on the vehicle, taking several pictures and videos, before writing up a detailed estimate that we can then send to your insurance company, should you choose to go that route.
Paintless Dent Repair
We use specialized tools and lighting to precisely and permanently remove dents without affecting your original factory paint. Most PDR jobs take from four to eight hours to complete, depending on the scope and severity of the damage.
Pickup and Payment
You can pay out of pocket or go through your insurance – we work with both. When the job is done – including repairs and cleaning – we will notify you for pickup.

We upload our findings directly to your insurance provider and handle all communication from there – meaning no endless back-and-forth conversations for you. We will coordinate with adjusters and negotiate the proper repair amount on your behalf.
Scheduling and Repairs
Once the estimate has been approved by your insurance company, we will schedule a time for repairs. We can do everything from PDR and part replacements to glass work and repainting, so your vehicle comes back looking like it never weathered a storm.
Rental Reimbursement Support
Need transportation while your vehicle is in the shop? For hail claims, we offer $30/day rental car reimbursement for up to $900. Just bring us your receipt, and we will take care of the rest.
Final Pickup
Once the repairs have been completed and your insurance provides proof of payment, we will contact you for pickup. You won’t have to make a single insurance call because we take care of it all.
